1  Presentation on blood, its features and categories, safety precautions during blood donation and        eligibility conditions for being a blood donor in India.

2. Brochure for blood donation camp.

3. Notice for blood donation camps which are planned.

4. Leaflets containing frequently asked questions about blood donation.

5. Permission letters to be sent to people concerned.

6. Survey form to collect the awareness and preparedness of people for blood donation.

7. Documents containing features of each blood groups.

8. List of arrangements to be made for organising blood donation camp, with pricelist and expense details (Spreadsheet).

9. Blog on Blood donation and blood safety.

10. All documents made by the students should be linked in the blog they create and also sent as attachment to the teacher.

11. List of hospitals and clinics in the locality in alphabetical order with address and phone numbers.

12. Schedule for the day of blood donation camp including the inauguration, donation time, breaks and other details in tabular format (as in a school timetable).

13. Locate the nearest hospital in Google map.

14. Brochure to promote blood donation

15. post the link of your blog in facebook group

ONE HOUR MAGAZINE :

an excellent activity for improving team work abilities among students and to polish their literary skills

students are divided into groups of 10 members and each team provided with 10-15 A4 sheets and one or two color markers. and they have to prepare the magazine in just one hour .and every team member has to contribute something.

magazine may contain:

pros/essays

poems

short stories

puzzles and riddles

pencil drawing

etc..

PAPER POOKKALAM(floral design) AN EXCELLENT ACTIVITY FOR TEAM WORK AMONG STUDENTS

students are divided into groups of 5/6 members and small paper pieces of different size having different symbols( dots of different colors) are assembled at a table, different colors are then assigned to each team, only one person is allowed to search and select their paper pieces ( pieces having their color dot) from a group. and one person from each team can act as transferor of the paper pieces selected .and the remaining group members has to design the floral design .in order to make more beautiful teacher can provide 1/2 color markers to make the floral design attractive
